We all get hurt sometimes. This is an inevitability of being a human being, whether you are an athlete or not. The key is not what the injury is, but how you approach it. It's very easy to apply a "woe is me" attitude or attempt to stupidly push through it, ultimately resulting in a much more severe injury. There’s no two ways about it: injuries SUCK.
