Movember

Every year, men (and occasionally women, no judgment here) all over the world grow out their mustaches to raise awareness for men's health. And of course, because mustaches are hilarious. But on a serious note, as male strength athletes we often have to pay even closer attention to our health. Between being heavier in general, pushing our bodies to the limit, and (for many) performance-enhancing drug use, there are clear risk factors that are different from the general populace. The primary causes of death for men are preventable, and that's what Movember is really about. Take a look at this special Movember Meathead Minute (and my terrible mustache)!
