Shoulder Health: Mobility vs. Stability

The shoulder joint is arguably the most complex joint in the human body (followed closely by the hip). It can be a very mobile joint, but its STABILITY is even more important. A mobile shoulder without stability is a quick ticket to the operating table. We need to shore up both of these attributes to protect the shoulder for all sports, but especially strength athletics! Do you think Dimitar's shoulders are unstable or that he has poor scapular kinematics? I doubt it.
